While we primarily deal in on-site AC repair, maintenance, and installation services, this Shipping and Exchange Policy applies to any products, spare parts, or accessoriesthat may be ordered via our website or through our technicians.

1. Shipping Policy

  • A. Service-Based Products

    • Most of our services are delivered on-siteby our trained professionals.
    • Once a service is booked and confirmed, our technician will arrive at your specified location within the agreed time slot.
  • B. Physical Products (if applicable)

    • Products such as replacement parts, AC accessories,or consumables may be delivered to your address via our delivery partner or brought by the technician during the service visit.
    • Delivery timelines vary based on your location but typically take 2–5 business days.
    • You will be notified with tracking details once your product is dispatched.
  • C. Shipping Charges

    • Standard delivery charges may apply for physical products, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout or at the time of booking.
    • For services, no separate delivery charge applies unless spare parts are involved.

2. Exchange Policy

We ensure that any product or part provided by us is tested and verified before delivery. However, in rare cases of defect or mismatch, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only applicable if:

    • You received the wrong item
    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
    • The product delivered is incompatible with your AC model (and this was not informed at the time of purchase)

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or incorrect installation by the user
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

5. Shipping for Exchange Items

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a faulty product, we will arrange pickup and shipping at no extra cost.
  • If the exchange is requested for personal reasons or incorrect information provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the return shipping.
