1. Service Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your service request up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any cancellation charges.

• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may incur a nominal cancellation fee to cover administrative and dispatch costs.
• If our technician arrives at the location and the service is declined, a visit fee may be applicable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the original time slot.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refundswill be provided for:

  • Prepaid orders cancelled at least 4hours before the scheduled time
  • Services that were paid for but not delivered due to unavailability or issues from our side

• No refund will be issued for:

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment
  • Dissatisfaction not related to actual service quality (e.g., delay due to traffic)

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation.
• If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated time, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
